Cancellation Policy


We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, and you might need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for reasons beyond your control. 

To provide the best possible experience and ensure fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made on the same day as the appointment will be charged 50%-100% of the service cost dependent on whether we can fill the appointment spot.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

  • We value both your time and ours, and last-minute changes can be difficult to accommodate. We send text reminders 3 days before your appointment, so please be sure to contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • All deposits made for appointments are applied toward the final cost of your service.

Hair Extensions Cancellation Policy

  • Booking Deposits

    50% deposit is required to book any hair extension appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

  • Cancellation Notice

    These are large, time-intensive appointments that are difficult to fill on short notice, hair must also be ordered and custom-colored in advance. Because of this, if you cancel or reschedule within 10 days of your appointment, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

  • No-Shows

    Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.

  • Late Arrivals

    Please arrive on time to ensure we can complete your service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
