𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒑𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒚 𝒂𝒕 𝑺𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒆

We understand life can happen and for reasons beyond your control you will sometimes need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We require you to give us 48 HOURS notice so that we can fill your spot. Cancellations made within 48 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 fee, or up to 50% of your appointment for those larger appointments if we can not fill them.

Our time and your time is precious and each appointment is made for only you. It is very hard to “replace” you last minute.

We send out text reminders 3 days before your appointment so please be in contact with us to reschedule or cancel as early as possible. If you change your details please remember to let us know.

Last minute cancellations and no shows are a challenge for small businesses. Our policy is in place to cover the overheads of your appointment time. We ask for your respect and understanding of our policy as we navigate yet another year of climate uncertainty.

You can use Olaplex or K18 to restore damaged and compromised hair, or add it to another service to provide the ultimate breakage insurance.

MOROCCAN OIL

All of Moroccan Oil's nutrient-rich, antioxidant infused formulas are made with the highest quality, authentic ingredients. Focusing on both styling and condition, products are infused with argan oil creating long lasting smoothness, increases manageability, speeds up blow dry time and boosts shine.
