Our hair extensions, with regular maintenance appointments, can last many months before being refreshed with a new set of hair extensions making them exceptional value for money.
When maintained with our recommended home hair care regime, lasts between 7 - 12 months, it is essential to use the recommended shampoo, conditioners and styling products.

Your Hair Journey for extensions
Step 1: Pre-Installation Consultation
Before your application day, we want you to feel completely confident and excited about your new look. During your detailed consultation, we’ll discuss your hair goals — whether you're looking for a bold change or a subtle blend with your natural hair. We’ll match the perfect extension shade from our wide selection and, if necessary, custom-color your wefts to ensure a flawless blend.
Once you're ready to proceed, we ask for a 50% deposit to secure your service. We’ll also offer personalized care packages to help you maintain your new hair.
Step 2: Installation Day -We can’t wait for installation day — and we’re sure you can’t either!
Arrive with freshly washed and dry hair, avoiding conditioner near the roots. Then, relax while we create your dream hair. Depending on the amount of hair you’ve chosen, the installation process can take anywhere from 1 to 4 hours. This includes applying the extensions, cutting, blending, and styling. If you’ve opted for additional coloring services, please allow extra time.
Once your extensions are in place, we’ll finish off with a stunning style, so you’ll leave feeling fabulous and ready to flaunt your new look!
Step 3: Caring for Your New Hair
After your consultation and installation, we’ll provide you with all the essential information for maintaining your new hair at home. We’ll give you our expert tips for keeping your extensions looking their best.

Step 4: Ongoing Maintenance
To keep your extensions looking flawless, regular maintenance — also known as a refit — is key. During your consultation, we’ll recommend how often you should book your maintenance appointments based on your hair’s unique needs (like hair type and condition). Typically, these appointments occur every 5-7 weeks, with the first one being a little sooner to check how you’re managing your new hair and ensure your at-home care routine is on point

Hair Extensions Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposits
50% deposit is required to book any hair extension appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Cancellation Notice
These are large, time-intensive appointments that are difficult to fill on short notice, hair must also be ordered and custom-colored in advance. Because of this, if you cancel or reschedule within 10 days of your appointment, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure we can complete your service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
